We have a couple in our extension. They work well. Ours are the cheap Acova ones sold through Screwfix. They're fine.

I would say they weren't particularly well packaged though and one was damaged (dented/scratched) when it arrived. I suspect this would be fairly common with these as they're quite unwieldy and easy to damage in transit. I'd aim to get them delivered a few days before you plan to install them, and inspect them carefully so replacements can be sent if needed.

I've kitted my new place out with designer radiators of various shapes and sizes from Radiator Outlet. They're fine. The one in the bathroom needs to be bigger but that's the plumber's fault for not doing his sums right.

Mine look very similar (likely a different product) but I have never known them to get toasty. Part of the reason being I never have my heating on high enough or long enough for them to show me some action.

Fuel prices are going to go crazy again imminently 🙄

They look identical to mine, tho' I bought mine from eBay.

The largest difference between rads will be the material - aluminium or steel, with the former being much lighter but more expensive. Mine are steel.

The applied finish may vary, too, so it's best to see them in the flesh, or read the description. Check reviews, too.

It was a few years ago, but mine could well be these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233967691245?

20% off with additional rads, too.

Mine are reassuringly heavy, so it was a bit awkward fitting them single-handedly - getting all four brackets aligned, and not dislodging the wee silicone buffers on them (I think I had to glue them to the metal brackets in the end to prevent me bumping them off as I grunted the rads into place…)

They look and feel - if you thump them - substantial. Very pleased with them.

Oh, and they are labelled for flow and return connections.

In terms of performance, if they are to EN442 - as they must be - the stated outputs should be accurate. Mine get piping, and perform really well. Two of these heat a 6x6m extension room, but built to current insulation standards. I'm guessing they output around 2.4kW combined.

With inhibitor in the system, they should last 'forever' without any issues.

The heat outputs are on the website. My rads are similar to WIAWSNB's but lighter grey, some are tall and thin, some short and wide. Valve prices are on the Radiator Outlet site. I prefer the look of them over plain white rads but that is personal choice, others with disagree.

Try Stelrad - good radiators of lots of varieties, and they have a good calculator as well
