help to save or other saving account

Im looking into help to save as i get universal credit.
In a few years im hoping to come off universal credit, would i still be eligible for the help to save account?
if not what other long term saving at a little amount is best.

Eligibility
You can open a Help to Save account if you’re receiving Universal Credit and you (with your partner if it’s a joint claim) had take-home pay of £1 or more in your last monthly assessment period.
