I sent the below, will update when I hear back:
"I refer to your correspondence dated 12 March 2026 requesting a copy of a valid parking permit.Please find attached a copy of the permit associated with the vehicle, confirming that the vehicle was authorised to be parked at the location. This is provided in good faith in response to your request.In light of this evidence, I expect the charge to be cancelled.There is no admission as to the identity of the driver and all rights are reserved.I look forward to your confirmation that this matter is now closed."2
