No confirmation email from AXS

I booked a ticket for a concert at Coop Live in March 2027 a couple of days ago through the official seller, AXS. I also booked cancellation insurance, and immediately after completing the transaction an email for the insurance came through, but despite the ticket booking process saying a confirmation email would be sent by AXS shortly it's never arrived (and isn't in any spam/trash folder). The ticket booking does show in my account with AXS online and in their app, and the payment has been debited from my card, so I'm not concerned that I don't have it, but it would be good to have the promised confirmation too.

Has anyone else experienced this with AXS/Coop Live, and if so did you do anything about it?
