THE TIMES RADIO MADEIRA COMPETITION (THE “PROMOTION”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”). Completing and submitting an entry form will also be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion published by the Promoter or on the Promoter’s websites, also apply to the promotion. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Participation in the Promotion

• Residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only, except employees and agents of the Promoter or Wireless Group Limited and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion.
• Anyone who has won a prize for any Promotion run by participating radio stations in the News Broadcasting network in the 12 months preceding the end of this Promotion Period is not eligible to enter.
• The Promotion starts at 00:01 (UK time) on the date of launch and closes at midnight on 19th March 2026.
• Participants are required to enter via the official online form at the Times Radio website.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults.

Winners and Prizes

• There will be one (1) overall winner.
• The Prize: A one-week (7-night) holiday for two people to the island of Madeira, staying in a traditional Quinta.
• Inclusions: The prize includes return flights, overseas transfers, and accommodation.
• Value: The total prize package is worth over £5,000.
• Terms: The prize is subject to availability and the specific booking terms of Times Holidays. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and equivalent value.

Announcement and Claiming of Prize

• The winner will be notified by phone or using the contact details provided to the Promoter.
• Claim Deadline: The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within this window, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner.
• Winners may be required to submit valid identification and proof of age before receiving their prize.
• The winner and their guest may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including a short interview to be included in programming on Times Radio.

Data Protection and Publicity

• The Promoter will collect and process participants’ personal information and share it with Times Holidays and relevant travel partners to fulfil the prize.
• Personal information will be used in accordance with the News UK Privacy Policy.
• The winner’s name and general location will be made available upon request in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
• The Promoter reserves the right to require the participants to prove eligibility.
