Closed bank account statements
hi, I’ve recently closed one of my bank accounts because I never used it for a while as I have a joint account now.
was just wondering would I still need to give 3 months of statements for the closed account?

Give three months worth of statements to who?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
sorry forgot to mention, to give to my mortgage advisor for the lender

If you have funds for a purchase that came from that closed account to your joint account, then your solicitor would need to see them for anti money laundering checks, but your lender just wants to see if you can afford the mortgage so is more interesting in your income and where that goes. If it hasn't gone anywhere near your closed account, then it isn't needed. (On an aside - IMO it's always worth maintaining your own account alongside a joint account)
