Cahoot Simple Saver dropping rate
Just a heads up Cahoot is dropping their rate from 4.40% from some weeks back was highlighted as a good rate to 4.07 for the Simple saver, also note Cahoot does not make it easy to take your money out if its a relatively large amount, no app only PC and thats not well designed or intuitive either!

It's reported in another post here:
What was the problem with large amount withdrawals?

"also note Cahoot does not make it easy to take your money out if its a relatively large amount,"
What issues have you had? I've only tried withdrawing up to low 5-figure amounts in the past and withdrawals have been instant.

likewise. An app would obviously be a nice to have but I can cope with the desktop version, even on my phone.

Which issue number? None of the issue numbers included in the table posted in the sticky thread on top easy access savings shows a drop from 4.40% to 4.07%.
I think 4.40% is a good EA interest rate, and those lucky enough to have such an account can benefit from that rate until 11-May-2026
My Issue 9 would have matured before then, so I'll be upgrading it (if you know, you know ;)) I'm not in any rush.
I'd also be interested to hear more details over the withdrawal difficulties you allude to.

on the 11 may, it drops from 4.40 AER to 4.15AER (4.31 to 4.07 gross) at issue 13
edit - autocorrect put it to march, not may, doh1 -
11 May, unless I'm very much mistaken
4.15% is likely to be a good EA rate by then, if it's not considered good already.

It drops on 11th MAY

On the contrary, I find their website very easy to use and it's by far the fastest access account I have with anyone!

The website once you have used it many times and continually use it is very navigatable although I find I have to page down on certain things rather than just tab through to the next one which I find with a lot of other items I use like an Mp3 player that I use that almost everyone complains is very non intuitive however I find that when I use it lots its quite okay

It's Santander's online banking system, so many will be familiar with it. I suspect most folk would just log in from time to time to move money to the same account, which is pretty easy to do.
