Table top dishwasher
My niece purchased a new Table top Dishwasher. Within months it started to fail, and display error messages, When contacting supplier, was told to contact Manufacturer. Alternatively. The other option was to send an engineer out. At a cost of £120. Who told her that she was using wrong size tablets. Now appliance is leaking and is not 8 months old. Can anyone please advise as to rights and Returns policy. As company do not want to know.
Thanks.

So someone inspected it and said the problem was user created? Or is this a new problem unrelated to the first problem it was inspected for?

Is she using the wrong size tablets?

Company who sold it, sent an engineer to look at machine for a cost, 6 months after purchase. Said was using wrong size tablets, Which was not in manual, Now machine is leaking. Paying for an engineer whilst still under warranty. Is that right?

All depends on what the T/C of the warranty say.
Remember that there is no legal right for them to provide a warranty.
But your rights are with who it was purchased it from.
