Sorry folks - another Ring doorbell question!
So .. I eventually got our Ring wired doorbell up and running and it all seems to work as it should on my phone. (We don't need what you get with a subscription.)
I did the "shared user" thing to my wife's phone, and even got that working in the sense that she can use live view, talk to the doorbell etc.
But she doesn't get the notification like I do when somebody rings the doorbell, despite her Ring app permission being "on" on her phone (a Samsung A14 like mine).
Is that right? And if not, any ideas what I've done wrong?

This probably could have been added to your Ring thread from Tuesday:

I'd imagine it is likely something to do with the phone settings.
Are you 100% sure notifications are allowed?
Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > Ring > tick Allow Notifications + Notification pop-up + Default (Show always).
Failing that could her phone be in do not disturb mode (I haven't used this personally, but I believe it restricts app alerts).Know what you don't0 -
Notifications set as above and phone not in DND mode.
We're all doomed0
