MSE News: Energy firms to trial ‘low or no Standing Charge’ tariffs from April – here’s what we know

I'm in the process of switching to utilita as they seem to be the only one who do a tariff with no standing charge. I used to be on Ebico for a landlord supply which consists of stairwell lighting and potential emergency lighting. My bill used to be £30-50 a year and now its estimated to be £227 a year with 200kwh in consumption.
I will have to have the meter changed to a pre-payment but worth the hassle as its starting to mount up now.
Anyone used Utilita before?0
