What attempt to contact Delonghi have you made since the failed collection?

I contacted them last night after 2 days of non collection and await a reply. The email of the 27th was to ask (again) what the initial fault and repair were.

To be fair customer service staff may have no idea what the repair was. All going to be depend on what sort of systems they are running.

Then they should escalate my query to someone who does know and let me know they are doing that. I have asked 4 times now within my correspondence and they address all points apart from that, or as seems to be the case now, not reply to my email at all.

If the same person keeps email in the same query to us, then on our systems we can see the history. If someone has already replied. Then any further emails get closed down & you move on to the next. People constantly emailing in the same query, slows responses down.
No idea how they work, but if the systems do not show what was done, then no one will know. Could be on a separate system where repairs are done, but that would be internal & maybe no staff to actually look at it.

Regardless I'm not asking a ridiculous question. Someone should be able to answer it. It is relevant information when I am exercising my final right to reject.
They want to inspect the machine, which is being further delayed by non collection.
Totally scunnered with it, I think I'll just stick to tea from now on!

This new poster seems to be pushing a commercial service (see last sentence) which I understood to be against forum rules??

Yes.
And all he's done is copy my first two replies to the OP!
Can't even be original!
