Diesel Emission Claims

Hi, I just found I can claim for my 2017 Nissan diesel - I nearly registered with one of the law firms but the small print states they take 40% of any successful claim so hesitated. Is this the normal amount?

40% of something is better than 100% of nothing, but you could DIY your own claim and keep the whole amount of anything you were awarded.
