Notice to keeper from Park Maven

I have just received notice of a parking fine from Park Maven for parking for 13 mins at the Shop Stop Clapham Junction. It was recorded late October, four months ago. Although I am the registered keeper of the vehicle, I cannot recall who was driving the vehicle at that time. The fine is £60 if I pay early. The car was apparently parked for 13 minutes. Advice would be gratefully received.

There is no fine, just an invoice for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property

That QR Code (which you also need to redact) is showing that payment has already been paid. Have you paid?
