How To Claim Backdated Marriage Allowance

Unless you can explain yourself better no one on here is going to be able to help you with this.

marriage allowance transfer means you lat less tax each payday in the year it is claimed.
If you claimed it 4 years ago and each year since then it will have been done through your payslips.
If you have only now received the allowance backdated for 4 years and there is a lump sum showing to repay, then you should be able to claim the refund in your personal tax account. There should be a section to enable you to do that.If you cannot find it then phone HMRC and ask them to refund it.
The best time to phone is 8am , as soon as lines open.
