SNAD or buyer mistake?

Hi

My partner bought an item on eBay and when it was delivered it wasn't the item in the title, item specifics and full description (in-ear headphones model WF).

However, the photos on the listing show the item received - model WH which are headphone cans (?).

Is this SNAD or a buyer mistake?

He's not contacted the seller yet.

Thanks in advance

SNAD, it is the descripion which matters, not the photos.

Thouh I must say if there is any uncertainty or discrepancy I either buy elsewhere or check with the seller before purchasing, to avoid complications.

Also worth looking at item specifics - ebay use them in cases of dispute and it would strengthen your case (not that you should need it strengthened) if they supported your complaint.

    Thanks, chaps.

My partner checked everything except the photos.

Yes, the item specifics match with the title and full description - which was the item my partner wanted.

Only the photos show what was sent.

Then open your SNAD and wait for seller or ebay to supply a free returns label. Just in case seller is playing fast and loose and this isn't a genuine mistake, take screen shots of everything and also of the product before it is returned.

Clue is in the title "Item not as described" , be polite and see the response you get.

Most sellers may not be aware of model differences and copy ads
