TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “KISSTORY x KFC – Cheesy Melt Promo: Monday 2nd March 2026 – Friday 6th March 2026 (the “Competition”)

 These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at:  http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html  (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

1.ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS	1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS Online Competition: Entries are restricted to one entry per person. 2. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	ON-AIR COMPETITION: The competition will be split in two parts –  1) Monday – Thursday Winners: Monday 2nd March 2026 to Thursday 5th March 2026 - There will be four (4) (“Winners”) of the Competition in total– each winning £50 voucher towards KFC. 2) Friday Winner: Friday 6th March 2026 - There will be one (1) (“Winners”) from the four (4) selected as above– winning the holiday for 4 people. · A total of four (4) players will have the opportunity to win across the duration of this competition.   · To be eligible to win, entrants must enter the competition online and complete the entry form having submitted an answer to the question: “Tell us all about the melt you are nominating and tell us why they deserve to be crowned the 'Nation's Biggest Melt!' One pre-registered entrant will be selected each day (Monday 2nd March 2026 – Thursday 5th March 2026) to come on air during Bam Bam & Street Boy’s show (16:00 – 19:00) and tell their story. Submitting Entries: · Online entry is open from Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 00.01 to Thursday 5th March 2026 at 10.00 · Entries received before or after the start and end time will not count or be considered. · Entrants will be required to fill in the entry form on the online page and submit an answer to the question: “Tell us all about the melt you are nominating and tell us why they deserve to be crowned the 'Nation's Biggest Melt!' · Winners will be selected from all valid entries submitted via the online entry form. Valid entries will be judged on the following criteria: · We’re looking for the funniest, most entertaining and unexpected stories that stand out on air. KISS brand filter will be applied to all stories. · It must be a personal story. No second-hand or made-up stories are allowed. · Entries must be suitable for broadcast, with no offensive, discriminatory or explicit content. · The station reserves the right to edit entries for playout on air. · The station reserves the right to change the entrants name and other details in the entry.  · Entries should be a minimum of 20 words and a maximum of 250 words. Shortlisting & Selection - Monday to Thursday: · All the entries received will be looked at and judged as follows: - Monday 6th March 2026 at 10.00 - Tuesday 7th March 2026 at 10.00 - Wednesday March 2026 at 10.00 - Thursday March 2026 at 10.00 · The top three judged entries will form our ‘shortlist’ for the day. · Entries that are not selected for on-air that day will go back into the ‘pool’ of entries and there is a chance they could be selected to play another day. This process will apply throughout the entry period. · The same pool of entries will be used throughout the entry period (with the entry periods opening and closing as detailed above), meaning that an entrant’s chances of winning may decrease throughout the entry period, as entry numbers increase. · The KISS programming team will contact the winners by phone, on the number that is submitted on the entry form. The entrant is required come on air. The entrant is deemed the winner when the KISS Production Team announce they have won. · Shortlisted entrants will be contacted in advance by the KISS production team to confirm availability and consent to come on-air. · If an entrant cannot be reached or is unavailable, another entrant may be selected in their place.  · The winning entry may also not be asked to come on-air and their entry read out by the on-air presenters. This will be at the discretion of the KISS producers. If they are not brought on-air they will still win the prize if they are deemed the winner. · The contestant will only be deemed a winner, upon being selected and told by the presenter and the KISS Radio production team that they are a winner. · There could be occasions where the show is pre-recorded and therefore contestants will be asked to record their entry on other days. This will be arranged by the producer of the show directly with the contestant and they will need to be available for this. Winner Selection Friday The four (4) winner stories as detailed above will then go into an electronic randomiser where the Friday winner will be selected. All winners must be available between 15.00-16.00 on Friday 6th March 2026 as they may be called to come to air during Bam Bam and Street Boy’s show (16.00-19.00) · If the entrant selected by the randomiser cannot be reached or is unavailable, another entrant may be selected in their place – this will be done via the randomiser and will be repeated until a suitable winner is found. · The contestant will only be deemed the ‘Friday Winner’, upon being selected and told by the presenter and the KISS Radio production team that they are a winner. · There could be occasions where the show is pre-recorded and therefore contestants will be asked to record their entry on other days. This will be arranged by the producer of the show directly with the contestant and they will need to be available for this.
3. DATES	Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:  From Wednesday 25th February 2025 at 00:00 (the “Start Time”) to Thursday 5th March 2026 at 10:00 (“End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. Winner Announcement: The winner’s first name and hometown are available on request by emailing win@bauermedia .co.uk However, if the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will redraw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged [18] years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been successful with will not be awarded. 5. THE PRIZE	On-air Competition:  1) Monday to Thursday Winners: 4 x £50 Gift Card for KFC This will be sent via e-card to a valid email address. We will require proof of name and address. Once the winner has passed the winners checks, the winner’s name, phone number, email and address will be cross checked against the Bauer Winner database and once winner passes the criteria, the prize will be sent. · Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no alternative will be offered. · The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above. · Once confirmed, any changes including but not limited to name changes, date changes and route changes will be at the prize winner’s expense. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.
3. MISCELLANEOUS.

• Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.
• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements.
