Skipton - Anyone else having trouble logging in?

Tried to log into Skipton on my app. Wouldn't take my passcode. Then tried forgotten passcode link but wouldn't take my online password either to reset it. Don't want to be locked out. Wonder if there is a blip on their system. 🤔

The app is working fine for me. The app was last updated (bug fixes etc) on 19 February.
