I don’t think the OP need to do anything at the moment. Wait for the company next move. The op stated the company has had the chance to fix the work, the company should be asking for an independent report to confirm the ops findings as the next stage.

You sent a letter before action so in principle you were prepared for court so why settle now? If you think you have a case then wait to see if they issue court proceedings against you and defend your position.
If you were just hoping to get a free door and there's nothing wrong with it then maybe the extra cost of court isnt sensible.

Basically the door was installed on 21st July 25, this was 3 days later than planned as I was only given notice 12 hours prior I could not get the day off work.
I was told it had to be done that day as we're running late for other jobs we need to get it done.
So I had to get someone to watch the property whilst it was being installed.
The door was measured incorrectly resulting in the door being installed further back into the garage by about 10"
Because of this where the previous door was now there is a cap where I can see straight into the wall cavity, I was told that is my issue to fix (photos taken of this)
The safety sensors did not work so if an obstacle or one of my children was under it it will not stop (i tested this and have a short video showing this)
I fought with the company to get repairs under the 5 year warranty for 3 months getting nowhere and I then sent sn email giving them 2 weeks to either repair or book an appointment or i would take further action (never mentioned court)
After two weeks I contacted the cc
Close to the end of that 45 day window the repairs were done.
I have no confidence in the company of there ability/willingness to fulfill the warranty

The repairs were the gap in wall and sensors.
I'm not looking for it for free but want a reduced price for the stress, inconvenience and I don't feel they can deliver on there warranty and I would probably use a local company in future if there are any issues
