Lebara gift voucher
Hello
I signed up to Lebara through the MSE deal where you get a £25 voucher after six months.
This was emailed to me yesterday. I chose the M and S one. When I click the link to enter my email to verify it, I’m just taken to the M and S website. There is no voucher there. My husband has the same problem with his Amazon one.
Any ideas please?
many thanks.

Did you try to log into M&S first?
if not maybe try that and click on the link making sure you do not have any ad blocker type plug ins.
I never bother with any deal where you get to claim some voucher on a 3 day window 4 months away but only if the wind is blowing SSE on a Wednesday.

Hi. I was going to switch to them anyway! I tried logging in first and not logging in and all it did was take me to the website.
Anyone else have a problem with their Lebara gift card?

Sad to hear that did not work, just confirms my gut feeling that none of these deals with vouchers or mastercards are worth it, give me cash discount any day.
One other Hail Mary is to nuke all your cookies for all time in your browser, then log in, then go and try the link.
Be sure to share your experience on Trustpilot, you have waited all this time and now when they are supposed to honour their part of the deal they do this.
I am going to just keep doing the deals for monthly contracts and switch every time there is a better one.

Thanks so much. I agree with you.

I wonder what the situation is when a deal is not fulfilled when it has been promoted by MSE. Maybe admin could let me know.

Historically there have been failures with various stages and they blame the victim by saying it must have been their cookie settings or ad blocker or Andrew being demoted.
However, you have the email which is evidence that you fulfilled your part of the contract.
So if you have called Lebara and they have not helped then I would be sending a pre-action claim letter to their head office.
If they do not give you what they said they would then you file a claim at moneyclaim.gov.uk the fee will be more than the card, although you could do a joint claim with your other half, you will get the fee back and maybe Lebara will learn their lesson.
They should not promise things and not deliver them.
