Opening/closing date & time: 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Thursday 19 February 2026.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00 p.m. on Thursday 19 March 2026.

 Winner selection & contact: 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 How to enter & cost of entry: 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 Prize: There is one prize consisting of five hundred pounds (£500) worth of Heartwood Inns e-vouchers, issued as five (5) one hundred pounds (£100) digital vouchers, delivered to the winner’s email address. The prize shall be subject to the following conditions:  

• The prize shall be valid for twelve (12) months upon issue.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. 
• Reservations and room bookings are subject to availability.

• The prize can be used in full or part payment.
• Upon booking, the prize shall be subject to the prize provider terms and conditions, found here:  https://heartwoodinns.com/terms/
