Ironically enough my annual service charge letter just landed on my doormat this morning. Quarterly charge up from £27 to £46 😯 Another tick in the box for UC! It only covers buildings insurance, and the administration of buildings insurance. Nearly £200, wow. I could arrange my own for £50
