DCBL parking charge letter
Hi
I have received
a letter from DCBL asking for £155 for parking charge, claiming that l had gone over the allotted 3 hours in the car park.
Any suggestions as to what l can do at this point or shall i wait until the LBC arrives?

Ignore them, see post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Did you see that letter (£170 version) in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread? No steps needed.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thank you both. yes l have read through section 4 and seen the £170 letter, this letter is similar and has a link to the Supreme Court Ruling Nov 2015. I have finally managed to upload that letter (as below) They have actually sent me the same letter again today with just the 14 day payment part taken out and a number instead to make payment to prevent further action.
So l will ignore these letters. Thanks

Yes, ignore as it's a debt collectors letter, no need to post image here.
Wait for the Letter of/before Claim from DCB Legal giving you 30 days notice to pay (not 14)

Don't let them scare you. Have a read of some posts in Umkomaas thread. You'll see parking firms and DCB Legal threaten court action, file claims then if motorists still won't pay they frequently discontinue the claim close to the hearing date.

Which parking firm issued the pcn?
