Yes, sorry, copied an extra sentence at the end there. I already have this as the end of paragraph 2 and I have added "and driver" to it, as per the advice in the template.
I'll get that submitted and wait for the N180.
Thanks a lot, guys!2 -
I left it to read through everything this morning, with a fresh head before I submit, and just realised what I've got as a paragraph 3 example above, is already in paragraph 4, just worded differently.
Do I use the above as para 3 and remove para 4 from the template ( resulting in 8 paras total, after removing 4 and 10 ), or keep both 3 and 4 ?
Sorry, just making sure this is done right.0 -
Never remove paragraph 1, never remove paragraphs 4 to 10
You add an ending to paragraph 2 and then add your own paragraph 3

Understood. Thanks again for the quick response and the clarification!

Hi, just a quick update.
I've been away for 2 weeks and got home to the following two letters, almost missing the deadline for submitting the N180:
Next I will be completing the N180 online.
Thanks!1 -
I find this question from the N180 a bit unreasonable:
Hearing
F4 Are there any days within the next nine months when you, an expert
or a witness will not be able to attend court for the hearing?
I travel often, and like I mentioned, I nearly missed the deadline for submitting the N180, because the above letters have arrived after I had just left for two weeks. So I was wondering if anybody knows what happens if a hearing falls on a date I won't be able to attend, but I haven't stated in the form as it's not possible to know what is going to happen in the next nine months?0 -
Its heard on papers if it goes ahead, so if the judge ruled against you then there is nobody from your side present to challenge any added fees like the £70, or any advocates requested fee of say £200, meaning that a £280 claim for a single pcn could cost you nearly £500
So not recommended, hence why people need to attend in person, as the named defendant
But
DCB LEGAL discontinue claims just before the hearing fee is due, including UKPC claims
Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like
DCB LEGAL , UKPC Parking Charge for Motorcycle , Defended
