DCB Legal Letter Received, Scotland, > 1 fines
Long story short.
I've (apparently) > 1 PCNs from UK Parking Control Limited, and have received a DCB letter (not a LBC or LOI) detailing that the balance across the multiple charges is £300+.
Various threats of 'suitable for litigation in Scotland', 'final opportunity to resolve before escalation', 'may recommend that cases are escalated to Scottish Partners who may' etc etc.
I'm ignoring, will continue to ignore. Only concern is that the inflated charges take it over the £200 court limit. Should I hold steady?

You can completely ignore this.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The Typical threshold in Scotland is £300, not £200
But as explained above, Ignore them

the multiple charges is £300+.
Does this include the fake added charges that DCBL make ?

Yes, includes the fake charges

Take away the scam amount by DCBL AND IT'S BELOW £300
It's a fake claim and DCBL will need to explain a fake to a scottish judge …… not wise to try it on
