Car insurance and you used your real registration?
Fairly likely your IP address doesnt change often. Cookies and similar can be used to track repeat visits.
Do you mix it up or always send the junk mail to same neighbour?

No, travel insurance and I only made a single visit to the site.
I mix it up, but I am very careful to opt out of any contact, apart from getting the quote if they insist. I don't give them my main email address. I used another one for that sort of thing.
