Toyota Yaris battery problem

My Yaris hybrid has failed 5 times in less than 2 years and I'm now on my 3rd battery. Toyota have suggested putting the stronger Lexus battery in at my expense.
I accept all the solutions that people have suggested but the fact remains that, for light users, this is going to be a persistent problem. I wouldn't have bought the car if I'd known that the battery wouldn't last over a 2 week holiday break. This is unlike any car that I have owned over the past 40 years. Toyota mis-sold this car as far as buyers like me are concerned.
