Barclays/HSBC Switching bonuses for higher earners.

Does anybody know whether the Barclays/HSBC switches count pensions in the earnings class, I am close to taking my private and state pension, and I love my job, so if I take these pensions and keep my job for another year the total will take me above the limit needed for the switches.

So is it just wage or total coming in to the accounts?

I have a HSBC account and have a job income plus rental income from 4 properties. They seem to combine the 2 in order to qualify so would guess it would be the same with pensions.
