Still having problems with condensate pump

It pumps up to the attic then into a larger waste pipe that runs outside. I'm determined to get to the bottom of this 🙃

Check that the outlet pipe isn't squashed or kinked. If it's a flexible hose that could easily happen.

Any chance of directing into an internal plastic waste on a lower floor than the attic - kitchen or bathroom?

You haven't mentioned whether you can access - or even see - the external outlet. An obvious check would be to connect a hose to the pipe as it exits the pump, and gently turn it on…

I suspect if there was a way to direct it into a lower waste then the pump wouldn’t have been fitted in the first place.

As you say, checking the pipe and how it’s routed is the key.

I don’t think it’s a flexible pipe. Pretty sure it’s the clear pipe you can see in the top right of the picture disappearing behind the white pipe. That’s where the Conlift output is, in the back corner, and the clear pipe will be jubilee clipped onto there.

I thought I'd sussed it last week because the pipe was kinked. I turned it round and propped it with a bit of insulation to stop it happening again but it still jams 😭

I think that might be the issue. You could maybe replace the whole run. It’s very cheap plastic pipe so nothing much lost if that doesn’t sort it.
