Simple delivery combined postage
Just had my first order for more than one item since the simple delivery was introduced.
I noticed this message:
"Your buyer has reached out about their order. Since you used Simple Delivery, we'll work with your buyer directly on any delivery related questions."
The actual delivery charge that I can see looks low to me. Will I have any problems with this?

just use the labels supplied, if each item has a separate label then post separately before the label is printed or downloaded you can click on the icon and it gives you the size and weight dimensions so you can double check that if you set up the SD yourself, that you didn’t do anything wrong with choosing size when listing. .

Thanks.
Looks like they have charged the buyer £3.39 for small parcel up to 2kg. Which is not exactly correct, but about right.0 -
Do the items appear clumped as one 'order'? As in do you only see the message to print a label once? If not you may need to download each label and send as separate packages.

Only on label for both items. One item should have been a large letter up to 250g @£2.75 (48 hour tracked).
So I am guessing the buyer was charged twice this for 2 items, when they must have complained to ebay.
I could see when I requested the QR code that it stated a small parcel size, as below.Package size
Up to 2 kg with maximum dimensions of 45 x 35 x 16 cm.

If it is shown as one order then the buyer will only have been charged for the cost of the label. You can see this in 'what your buyer paid' section of order details (ex VAT prices). If one item was a 1kg parcel and the other a 250g LL it may be that ebay have added the weights together and charged for a 2kg parcel (when the weight may well be under 1kg combined)
