Parking ticket issue. Need advice

Hi all,I need advice on what to do.

I received a letter a month ago from dcb legal stating I owe a parking charge from Lancaster moto, and I don't oay they will take me to court.

I was unaware of this charge so emailed the company and received an email back today stating they do not need to provide the evidence, it's from april 2023, and i have to pay it.

I have attached the email I received.

I need advice on what to do

    Dear Sirs,

    If your letter threatening a court claim isn't issued in accordance with the pre-action protocol for debt claims, then W.T.F are you playing at?!

    I am going to report you to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, so do you plan to start complying with the PAP and the SRA STaRs?

    Does this mean what she has stated in the email is incorrect to what the letter has stated?

    It means they appear to be acting unlawfully, so send that reply and ALSO report them to the SRA, showing that reply as evidence that a law firm is threatening a debt claim but refusing to follow the Pre-Action Protocol and provide documents fairly requested.
