Baggage charge
I booked a flight through sky scanner and used kiwi as the agent, they charged me £168.32 for checked in baggage, when I arrived at the airport to fly with Norse, the airline said the bags have not been added and I had to pay Norse direct again tor the bags each way.
When I arrived home I applied for a refund as Kiwi did not add the bags to the booking they made with Norse, in face Kiwi did at first then cancelled that booking and made another without the bags added, Norse could see this on their system.
My refund has been rejected without any explanation,
Anyone have an idea what I can do now

Have you tried contacting them? They seem to reply to negative reviews on trustpilot, so you could try that.
You can try your bank or card provider too, especially if you paid by credit card, but you'll probably need to show you've exhausted the complaints process with the company direct first.

Yes been in contact with them, tried bank card but won’t cover for part claim went through their refund app and email all rejected,
