    Firstly, thank you everyone for offering your guidance.

    I have been declining calls and deleting voicemails from DCB Legal trying to pressurise me to come to an "agreement" over the last week or so.

    I was in the process of drafting my WS, when the Notice of Discontinuance (attached) came through.

    Another one bites the dust.
