SAR= Subject Access Request
Not appropriate in your case
No-one can forward a ccj. They can start a court claim, at the last known address. It would be a complete waste of their time and money to do so. You live abroad and no-one chases consumer credit debts across continents.
They are just trying to frighten you by the only method they have, which is email. Stop reading them

They should send things to 'the last known address'

Who cares about a mystical number that credit reference agencies make up tom judge you by. If you live overseas and are never going back to the UK, that number means absolutely zilch. I have been overseas for 12 years and have £36,000 of defaulted debt. It is now 4 years since I defaulted and obviously I am looking forward to the 6 years passing at which point they will slide nicely off my record. But that's the only reason I check my record.
I recently applied for a Credit Card in my current home country and was approved. They don't, and cannot, refer to your UK record. It will not affect you one iota.
