blackwall/silvertown tunnel fines.

Daughter took granddaughter to the O2 on her birthday and took the wrong turning resulting in going through the tunnel and straight back again. We live in Bexley so no need to use tunnel to get to the O2.

Is she without hope of appealing or should she just pay the fines as it was her mistake as the driver?

Sh is saying she will just pay but i wanted to check if she had any chance of appealing first.

Since we concentrate on parking charge notices from unregulated private parking companies, you would be better off taking this over to our friends on https://ftla.uk (the forum started to replace Pepipoo), as they are the experts on council and police issues.

Ive spoken to her again and she is adamant she will will just pay it.

She earns good money so ill just let her sort it herself.

Maybe worth a shot, but with Dartford bridge there used to be an option of having fine canceled if it was first time offence - driver/car - just pay the fee. So I'd give them a call..

Also are we talking about fines or fees?

sorry i accidentally reported you post and it wont let me undo it but i have reported it was an error.

She is just going to pay the fine or fee, we have since registered her mums blue badge and added her registration as she was in the car at the time but obv this will only apply for future crossing and cant be applied retrospectively.
