Terms & Conditions

• The competition will close at midday on Wednesday 25th February 2026.

• Entrants must be aged 25 or over and reside in the UK.

• Perfect Stays® Limited (‘Perfect Stays’) is the promoter of this competition and will collect and process personal data provided by entrants for the purposes of administering the competition and selecting a winner.

• To enter the competition, entrants must subscribe to email newsletters from Perfect Stays using the sign-up form above. By entering, you agree to have your name and email address shared with Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield, and to receive email newsletters from these competition partners.

• All entries will be collated via email sign-up by Perfect Stays. One winner will be selected at random within 48 hours of the competition closing.

• The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this time, a new winner will be selected at random. The decision made by Perfect Stays is final.

• Any entries received after the closing date (for whatever reason) will not be counted. Late entrants may still be opted in to receive email newsletters from Perfect Stays, Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield.

• Perfect Stays, Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield do not accept responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not received, or that cannot be entered for technical or other reasons. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

• Perfect Stays will request the winner’s contact details. By entering the competition and ticking the relevant consent box, entrants agree that their personal data (including name and email address) will be shared with Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield, who will each act as independent data controllers.

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. For further information, please refer to the privacy policies of each partner.

• Perfect Stays Limited, Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield will each use entrants’ personal data to send marketing communications in accordance with the consent provided and their respective privacy policies.

• Entrants may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications by using the unsubscribe links included in each email.

The Prize - the winner will recieve:

• A three-night stay at Pentyak, Harlyn Bay, Cornwall, from Saturday 21 March to Tuesday 24 March 2026, for a maximum of eight guests

• A £450 Celtic & Co. voucher and a gift box including one blanket and two pairs of Cornwall-made slippers

• A £500 Tom Raffield voucher and two Skipper table lights and bulbs, in the winner’s chosen wood finish

• Pentyak is a dog-friendly property; however, dogs are not included in the prize. Dogs may be permitted subject to prior agreement with the property owner and Perfect Stays®, at a cost of £60 for the first dog and £30 for each additional dog.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize details may only be changed with the agreement of Perfect Stays, Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield.

• Perfect Stays, Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.

• The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

• If there is reason to believe that these terms and conditions have been breached, Perfect Stays reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude an entrant from the competition.

• A nominated lead guest staying at Pentyak must agree to Perfect Stays’ booking Terms and Conditions. No security deposit will be required; however, the winner remains liable for the cost of repairing any damage caused during the stay.

In addition to Perfect Stays’ Terms and Conditions, Celtic & Co. stipulates that:

• Vouchers can be redeemed for eligible goods at www.celticandco.com

• If your purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.

• Vouchers are redeemable against full price items only, and are not eligible for discount promotions and special offers

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or resold.

• The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of creation. Any unused balance remaining after this date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded. If you would like to check the date or balance of your voucher, please contact Celtic & Co.’s customer service team: support@celticandco .com.

• If you return an item purchased with a voucher, any refund will be issued as a credit back to your voucher, not cash or credit note.

• Celtic & Co. are not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your permission, nor for any out of date vouchers.

• Vouchers are valid for UK purchases only.

In addition to Perfect Stays’ Terms and Conditions, Tom Raffield. stipulates that:

• Vouchers can be redeemed for eligible goods at www.tomraffield.com

• If your purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted payment method. If the purchase is for a lower amount, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until it expires.

• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be resold.

• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of creation. Any unused balance remaining after this date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

• If you return an item purchased with a voucher, any refund will be issued as a credit back to a voucher or as a credit note, not cash.

• Tom Raffield is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your permission.

• The Promoter, its agents or distributors shall not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence. The entrant’s statutory rights are not affected.

• Employees of Perfect Stays, Celtic & Co. and Tom Raffield (and their immediate families), or anyone professionally connected with this competition, are not eligible to enter.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
