Carabao Cup Final 2026 Ticket Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• Promoter: Football League Limited (The), EFL House, 10 - 12 West Cliff, Preston, Lancashire, England, PR1 8HU (EFL)
  
  
• Eligibility: Entry to the Promotion is limited to one per person and is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the EFL and its affiliate companies (including without limitation EFL In The Community), agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  
  
• Promotional Period: entries to the Promotion shall open at 12:00 (UK Time) on 17th February 2026 (Opening Time) and shall close at 23:59 (UK Time) on 8th March 2026 (Closing Time). Following the end of the Promotional Period, no other entries will be permitted.
  
  
• Entry Instructions: all entrants must and provide all information requested on the entry form hosted [ https://www.efl.com/news/2026/february/17/win-tickets-to-the-carabao-cup-final--arsenal-v-manchester-city/ ] during the Promotional Period (Entry Route) to be entered into a prize draw (Prize Draw). All entrants who complete the Entry Route will be entered into the Prize Draw. Entry is free entry via the Entry Route set out above. Winners will be asked to confirm which end of the stadium they would like to be seated when entering. Those who complete the Entry Route will receive one entry into the Prize Draw. In respect of the Entry Route, we will not accept:                                                             
• entries submitted after the relevant Promotional Period;
• entries that are only partially completed; or
• entries sent in through agents, other websites or through any means which intends to deceive or manipulate fair process such as through any automated or ‘bot’ entry process or through the creation of multiple accounts.

Each entrant may only complete the Entry Route once (i.e. one entry to both per person). The EFL has the right to disqualify any entry by an individual where that individual has made multiple entries into the Entry Route where any entry made does not comply with these terms and conditions.

Prizes: Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. One winner will receive two (2) match tickets in the Arsenal FC supporters’ zone, and the other will receive two (2) match tickets in the Manchester City FC supporters’ zone for the 2026 Carabao Cup (the “Match Tickets”).

• Winner Selection: all successful/valid entries who complete the Entry Route, before the end of the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize Draw which shall take place after the end of the Promotional Period. The EFL shall draw two (2) names – one to sit in each supporter’s zone - using the randomized computer process from all of those who have successfully entered the Prize Draw and that person shall be deemed the winner (Winner) and the Prizes will be allocated to the Winner.
  
  
• A member of the EFL’s verification team or a nominated third party (on behalf of the EFL) will get in touch with the each of the Winner via email in order to verify their age, identity and collect their address details (which you acknowledge may be used to deliver the Prizes you have won) within a reasonable time of the Prize Draw being completed (no later than 7 days after the Prize Draw). The Winner must provide their (and their guest’s) name, date of birth, email address, home address (including post code) and supporting team. Should the Winner fail to respond to the EFL’s (as the case may be) notification within 36 hours of receipt, the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited its Prize and the EFL shall select an alternative winner using the same process as was used to select the original Winner.
  
  
• Entrance into the Prize Draw will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  
  
• The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The EFL reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize (or the part of the Prize replaced), in the event of circumstances outside its control making the Prize unavailable (Right Of Substitution). The Prizes may be subject to availability and change where expressly stated.
  
  
• The EFL will be notified of the identity of the Winner and their guest(s), and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders, as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a Court Banning Order. If the Winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order, the Winner will need to identify a different guest(s) to use this part of the Prize.
  
  
• The cost of travel, accommodation and any other costs not expressly specified within these terms relating to attending the event shall not be included in the prize and must be borne by the Winner.
  
  
• Your entry (including winning entries) may be disqualified if we have good reason to believe you have broken these terms and conditions or if you or your selected guest acts in a way towards the EFL, any of the EFL’s commercial partners, any other person entering the draw or EFL or EFL Club staff, which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If any winning entry is disqualified we may redraw any Prize and award it to another person following the same process set out in these terms.
  
  
• The Winner and their guest will be expected to comply with any third- party terms and conditions that form part of the prize, including but not limited to conditions of the EFL and the relevant football club along with the stadium ground regulations. EFL ground regulations can be found here:

• The EFL Club hosting the prize will be notified of the identity of the winner and their guest(s), and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders, as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a Court Banning Order. Any persons found subject to a club or court banning order are not eligible to enter this promotion or claim the prize.  If the winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order then they are not eligible to be selected by the winner to use the prize, and the winner will need to identify a different guest(s).
  
  
• Any personal data relating to entrants will be kept securely and used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion in accordance with the provisions set out within these terms and/or Prize fulfillment by the EFL and/or by any agent of the EFL appointed to assist with running the promotion or administering the Prize (including any Club (where necessary)). The EFL will not otherwise use Winners’ personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so. Further information about the EFL’s use of personal data generally can be found in the EFL privacy notice at  https://www.efl.com/efl-privacy-notice/ . Use of your personal information will not include sending you electronic marketing communications unless you have opted in to receive such communications (and you are free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time in the future). Note - you must bring this privacy notice to the attention of any guest(s) you may nominate and you agree that you will do this prior to providing any personal information of your guests to the EFL.
  
  
• Insofar as permitted by law, the EFL, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize (except for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the EFL, its agents or distributors). Your statutory rights are not affected. The EFL is not liable for any business losses incurred by entrants.
  
  
• Winners will be bound by any additional terms and rules of conduct set out by the relevant football club, venue host or event organiser (including, amongst other things any terms of issue associated with tickets, applicable ground regulations and other policies applicable to visitors at the venue or event). The promoter, event organiser or stadium operators reserve the right to refuse entry and/or require winners and/or their guest(s) to leave the venue should the winner or guest(s) not comply with these terms, rules or policies, any applicable law or regulation or other reasonable directions or the promoter, event organiser or stadium operators, or because of winners or guest(s) inappropriate behavior. Winners are responsible for the behavior of themselves and their guest(s) whilst taking the Prizes.
  
  
• The Winner may be asked to have photographs taken or participate in filming, editorials for press or promotion purposes of the EFL, and/or their group companies. These together with the Winner’s name may be published.
  
  
• Under no circumstances can any Prize be transferred to a third party of sold for any financial amount.

• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the Winner agrees that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these terms and conditions.
