Guessing keeper can ignore this too, until the Letter Of Claim comes in?

That's correct, there are only 3 letters that matter
1 a discontinuance ( cancellation. )
2 , a formal Letter of Claim giving 30 days notice
3 a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
