I have received a bailiffs letter for an unpaid parking charge which apparently happened in Sainsbury's in Burnley last June. I overstayed my welcome in the Sainsbury's car park. This is the first I have heard about this, and they've already racked up big additional charges, which I'm not happy about paying at all.
I did see the advice that there would be plenty of information on the NCP section and various other places, but I've been unable to find it so far. Hoping some of the lovely people out there will give me direct advice.
The car park is operated by Euro Car Parks Limited, and I have received a letter from Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited, DCBL.

First thing is to check that your address is up to date on the VC5 for your vehicle, which is the most common explanation for not receiving any communications untill Debt Management companies track you down….

It is not a "bailiffs letter" it is a silly debt collectors letter to frighten you you don't owe them a bean certainly not their scam additional charges.
