So I should let the 30 day deadline for the 1st LoC pass?..

Doesn't matter, because with 3 pcns in play, a response will only delay things by a month

I already advised you to do that and I explained why. Nothing has changed.

    Respond to the OTHER LoC.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, I wasn't sure if the accumulation of the 3 PCNs into the latest LoC would change the approach.

    The Situation:
Deadline: The 30-day window for the 1st LoC (dated 5th Feb) is almost up (I should leave it and let it proceed to a possible claim)
Cumulative Totals: As mentioned, the 3rd LoC shows a "progressive accumulation" of all three PCNs totaling £510.

    My Questions:
Which LoC gets the template? Since the 3rd LoC lists all three PCNs, should I send the "generic response" template from Post 2 specifically for that cumulative 3rd letter, or should I send it for both the 2nd and 3rd letters separately? Is this the correct template response to effectively delay the 2nd and 3rd Claims?

Refusing the Forms: I understand I should NOT fill in the "reply forms" or financial statements sent by DCB Legal. Is it sufficient to just send the email template to their info@ email address ?

Yes just send that by email in response to the third LoC (the big one).

When they reply pleeeeeease don't show us, as we've had it up to here with DCB Legal templates. We don't need to see them.

Just wait till the end of the new deadline in their reply at that time, then respond telling them you are seeking debt advice and require a 30 day hold to allow for that.

It's the end of the deadline so I've sent the email about seeking debt advice and requiring a 30 day hold 👍

What will the next steps be?

    Cheers 🙏
