Using MCOL to AOS a Claim - how common is it for Claim Number/Password to be incorrect?
I have tried to submit it multiple times and I promise I am submitting both correctly as they appear top right and bottom right of my Claim Form - case sensitive, no CAPS LOCK, have tried typing it into notepad and Word and copying and pasting it in, with and without adding last letter manually. I am convinced the supplied Claim No. and password are not being accepted on MCOL!
Have been on hold for hours to Civil National Business Centre.
How common is it for the supplied password to be wrong? Is there anythig else I can try? I have to AOS by tommorow.
Many thanks

Its more typical to be a typo made by the defendant, some characters are easily confused, despite your efforts so far, so try again, carefully
Meanwhile, download the AOS pdf document, fill it in and email it to the AOS email address in the defence template thread in announcements, regardless of your efforts so far

You were right it was an upper case I not a lower case l - look identical don't they?
How ridiculous that they use a password generator that doesnt exclude these letter like everyone else does!
Thank you ..

Please change your thread title now to show the Claimant and solicitors.
Then going forward, you can use this thread for your case, assuming you don't have two threads already (which we never want!).
Also show a pic of the POC.
