PIP Renewal
I have just received my PIP Renewal form. This will be the 2nd time I have had to apply to renew.
The form is not the same as the previous renewal form it looks a lot like the original form I filled in.
Is it normal for the 2nd review form to be like the original? My 1st renewal was a paper review is this likely again or should I expect a telephone call?
Thanks in advance for any replies and advise.

Mrs last renewal was a paper form. Which then goes off to be assessed. Which will then result in either result in a paper, phone or rarely in person review.

They keep changing the forms, I wouldn't worry about the format. Just fill it in with all the same detail you would if it were a new claim, including attaching extra sheets if necessary (making sure name and NINO are on each sheet).
