Have they run out of money?

There were some cashback/survey site's that used to do that in the past about password reset and then the clients could not gain access and lost their earnings.

Not saying this is what is happening to Quidco though.

I didn’t know this until now, but they are owned by the same company that own MoneySavingExpert. So unlikely to go bust, but it does make you wonder. They must be sitting on a tidy amount of cash which no doubt they get to keep if we can’t log on. Although given cashback is promoted by Martin Lewis and MSE it wouldn’t be a good look if people can’t get access to their money from an associated company.

Finally sorted. After battling through their less than useless AI Fin I managed to deal with a human. It seems the reset emails were either never sent or were deleted as SPAM by my ISP without giving me the chance to read them. It also seems any emails they sent me received the same treatment. So they’ve manually updated my email address and I’ve successfully reset the password. Out of interest my ISP is Plusnet in case anyone else is having the same problems.

Quidco is actually part of Moneysupermarket not MSE. Anyhow have had the same issue and their bot, Fin, is next to useless. It goes through the same cycle, refers you to a customer services agent, but then is no response. It says to allow 24hrs for a response them, but I have tried 5 times, and have yet to receive any response. I have also emailed but again no response. Their is obviously something going on, possibly a hack, which they are trying to cover up. No point paying for premium membership - stick with TCB!
