Quidco unable to login after update
Hi All,
I am unable to login to Quidco today, is anyone having problems logging in.

They've forced a password change, which has broken my online access.
Still able to access via (existing, no change) app.

Yes, same issue here. Password change loop. CS rep feigning ignorance.

Looks like this might be a problem I've seen before, update the password requirements to make them more secure, force a password change, the "change password" allows a change, the "login" doesn't think the new password is valid.
Try changing the password again to be 8 chars, just numbers and letters.
Worked for me.

yes I am, I did manage to get in but Google requested a sign in so it looks like that's how I got in but all my history & cashback & tracking has .disappeared. I've tried deleting cookies, resetting both laptop & android phone. I've changed password about 6 times but still having access issues, just going around in a loop.

Try what flaneurs suggested above - 8 characters numbers and letters only. Worked for me after trying with other combinations earlier.

won’t send me the email link to reset my password so can’t access. Tried deleting cookies and history on my email, looked if emails are in junk / spam. Managed to get through to someone in Quidco who also cannot assist so has escalated. Hoping it’s sorted soon, I’m loosing cashback and wanted to withdraw my existing cashback which is a substantial amount!

First rule of cashback sites - hoick the cash out as soon as it's payable. It's not a bank, it goes down your money's gone too.

Also caught in the reset password loop. Password reset emails don’t arrive. Their Fin AI is worse than useless and am struggling to get a human to respond. They’ve asked for the last 4 digits of my linked bank account which I last used for a withdrawal in 2015 and closed in 2019, which I gave them. I’ve heard nothing since, emails apparently get lost between us and I’ve asked for a phone call and am still waiting. I can only assume they’re overwhelmed reading all these comments. I’ve about £100 I waiting to be confirmed, but no actual cash at the moment. Annoying.
