Virgin Money Credit Card Limit App Error
A long story short. I have 2 virgin credit cards.
I increased my credit card limit on credit card 1 from £7100 to £9000 in the app. Successful.
When I navigated back to the homescreen the limit was still £7100
However, credit card 2 limit was REDUCED from £11500 to £9000! It is showing as -£500.
Obviously there has been an error. They've reduced the balance on card 2 when I completed an increase on card 1.
In addition the numbers don't add up as credit card 2 has a balance of £10,800 on a £9000 limit now. Which is -£1800 not -£500. Also they've taken £2.5k off the limit. Pure random numbers.
I rang Virgin and they said I must have made a mistake. I did not!
I'm at a loss as I'm now over the limit and worried about promotional rates being removed, as well as fees.
What can I do?

There was a thread on here from a few months ago where the forumite was outlining some duff data in their Virgin CC app.
