Solar panels
I have solar/battery insurance. Back in November last year my solar stopped working.
My insurance company said they would send a engineer to have a look back in November.
They are not responding to my question for a update.
Can anybody advice me on where to go next please.

There should be a complaints procedure laid out in the policy (assuming of course it is actual insurance and not some form if warranty)

I have solar/battery insurance.
Is this an insurance policy that you're paying for, rather than the insurance-backed guarantee that comes with a MCS-accredited installation?
Who is the policy with and how much are you paying?

ESE Group have a bit of a reputation. You'll find several threads on here about them.
They also have quite vigorous search engine optimization so searching the internet for them mostly turns up puff pieces and vanity sites about how their CEO is a self-made millionaire.
