C1 Confirmation wording - Scotland

I am helping to complete a C1 form. The C1 is fine apart from the declaration page. In the deceased's Will he nominated wife as executor nominate, and his two daughters as reserves. The deceased's wife has predeceased him leaving the two daughters as default executors. Both have agreed the eldest will be the main executor (or one to sign declarations. I just need a couple of pointers on the following;

DECLARATION BY - do both their names and address go in this box?

1. Who declares that - THE DECEASED HERE

Domiciled in - The Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries & Galloway in Scotland

2. That I am - along with my sister xxxx xxxxx xxxxx of xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxx xxx the executor nominate of the deceased conform to the Will dated xx Axxxx 20xx which is produced herewith, docquetted and signed by me as relative hereto. Having never been married to or in a partnership with the deceased. In said will the said deceased's wife xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx is appointed as executor nominate but the said xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx predeceased the deceased.

Does this wording seem correct? Do they need to reference the main executor was their mum?

Suggestion for para 2, assuming that there are no subsequent name or address differences 

That I am

along with [xxxx xxxxx xxxxx] of [xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxx xxx] the executor nominate of the deceased conform to the will dated xx Axxxx 20xx which is produced herewith, docquetted and signed by me as relative hereto and that myself and the said [xxx xxxxx xxxxxxx] are both daughters of the deceased. [Xxxxxxx xxxxx] the wife of the deceased who was nominated executor primo loco in said will predeceased the deceased.

Thank you for your reply. I was so close on the wording but it shows how much of a fine art this all is :-).
