LOL, they have used the same 3rd photo for both PCNs and have not proved that the car stopped AT ALL, let alone stopped where there are double red lines.

You can even see the position of the car has moved!

Why did you put in your thread title that these PCNs are from Excel? Needs editing because these are from VCS.

You do NOT for a single minute think about paying these invoices from 'Captain Clampit' Simon Renshaw Smith!

However I would email their DPO and ask for the CCTV moving footage, not stills.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for pointing this out. Makes more sense now. I will do as you say and contact their DPO (not sure what that is? Data Processing Office?) to request footage and take my chances. The worst that can happen is a bigger bill, down the line,

There is no bill and they would have to prove:

    (a) that this was a roadway fully marked with double red lines & repeater clearway signs, and

    (b) that you stopped more than momentarily (still images on a road do not show that), so demand the CCTV footage and tell VCS to tell Jake to retain that footage, not delete it, because the PCNs are disputed and you'll see them in court.
