Government Price reduction in April
I am in the process of switching energy supplier from Octopus to British gas under the MSE collective. In your weekly emails, you are saying that both suppliers will reduce their tariffs accordingly in April. I have contacted both companies and they both said they will NOT be reducing their tariffs as they are fixed.
What is going on?

British Gas allows tariff change to another fixed rate with no exit fees charged, easy to change tariff if £20.00 per fuel approx WHD costs being moved from SC to UR from 1 April is beneficial to some consumers.
