If you can find a smaller firm in your locale with STEP qualified solicitors, that would be a better option.
I am not a fan of the large national law firm chains where charge rates incorporate expensive overheads by way of infrastructure and fee earner support, so agree Irwin Mitchell would certainly not be my choice either.
