Laptop won’t connect to my printer

I hope I’m on the correct board
I switched my broadband from sky to virgin before Christmas, and ever since , my laptop won’t connect to my printer
I’ve tried everything but nothing works
It refuses to recognise my Epsom printer
If any can advise… I’m at my wits end

Probably the right board, but should be a separate thread. I've asked for it to be split off.

Is your printer connected directly to your laptop, eg. by USB, or are your printer and your laptop both connected to your network?
If connected to your network, are they via WiFi or by cable?

Your Epson is perhaps still trying to connect to the old Sky Wi-Fi SSID. Re-run the printer’s wireless setup and connect it to your new Virgin router, then remove and reinstall the printer on your laptop. Router change, not broadband fault.

Have you connected the printer to the new WiFi access point that's associated with your new Virgin router?

I'm sure we can solve this if we put our heads together.
Let me Google your printer model later; I might be able to offer some more specific suggestions.
